I’m a writer based in Minneapolis. My writing is published in Catapult, Five Points, MnArtists, InReview, Full Stop, the Collagist, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the Point, the Millions, Guernica Daily, CityLab, Jacobin, and the Atlantic. I’ve been awarded residencies and fellowships by the Wassaic Project, Foundation House, German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Study Centre at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA), the Minnesota State Arts Board, Fulbright, and the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. I’ve been interviewed by the East Side Freedom Library and the Wassaic Project. I have an MFA in fiction from the University of Minnesota and am currently doing a PhD in the department of Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature at UMN, where my research focuses on representations of housing and real estate in contemporary art.
